The initiative is aimed at providing an objective basis for assessing the quality of public services and generates critical feedback. The Ministry of Planning Development and Reform in Pakistan has designed a periodical survey, and the results will be compiled into a Citizen Satisfaction Index. The innovation lies on its role as a tool for democratizing decision-making in government.
