Description :

The Citizen Participatory Audit (CPA) is a priority program of the Commission on Audit founded on the premise that public accountability can prosper only with a vigilant and involved citizenry. CPA aims to institutionalize citizen participation in public audit to support the Commission On Audit in promoting transparency and accountability in government.
