Description :
The program aims to contribute to the building of empowered, responsible and responsive local government units. It shall serve as a tool to assist all municipalities to access basic facilities by strengthening the Local Development Councils (LDCs) to become more able partners in national development and strengthening of LGU abilities to deliver basic services.
